The Au-Pair program is an intercultural exchange program, which means that it is all about the communication between different cultures. As an Au-Pair you offeryour time, motivation, creativity, and language skills to a family, and especially to their children. In return, you can expect to be welcomed as a family member and enjoy the family life in your new foreign home. This program enables you to further develop your personality, social skills,and strengthen your sense of responsibility.
Your main task as an Au-Pair will be to supervise children, play, and entertain them, as well as help them with homework. Since you are considered a new member of the family,you will have the same rights and obligations as the rest of the family members.
